Visit the Chocoe Indian community of the Chagres River. Opportunity to interact with their culture, admire their crafts and view a traditional flute dance. After a typical Chocoe meal, return to Panama City and your hotel for overnight. (B) (L)

After breakfast, enjoy a morning tour that takes you through the residential section of Panama city; see the golden altar in the church of San Jose in the colonial section. Continue to the former American Canal Zone to the Miraflores Locks, where the sight of huge ships being raised or lowered as they cross between the Pacific Ocean and Miraflores Lake is memorable. Continue to the ruins of Old Panama and visit the
Amador Causeway, offering spectacular view of the city's skyline. Remainder of the day at leisure.

Canal in what once was the restricted Canal Zone.
Enjoy a spectacular aerial tram Rainforest Canopy Tour and glide silently up and into the rainforest canopy
where you'll see rare species of flora and fauna. Remainder of the day at leisure to enjoy the facilities at
