Walk through the fascinating, underground Roman water system that
once fed ancient Caesaria at Alona Park near Binyamina (strap-on
water shoes needed) See ancient history come to life at the newlyopened
multi-media center against the backdrop of ancient Caesaria.
Excavations include an impressive amphitheatre and aqueduct
Explore the fascinating sarcophagi of Beit Shearim, where sages
from the Mishna were buried; optional Mishna study activity in small
groups by candlelight in the ancient catacombs, using ITC's interactive

of Gamla, called the "Masada of the North," at the lovely Golan

At the picturesque Kinneret Cemetery, read the moving poetry of

Stop at the ancient Beit Alpha Synagogue to examine its striking
mosaic floor; enjoy a short, amusing film about plans to renovate
this ancient synagogue two millennia ago
Swim in the wondrous natural pools at Sachne, fed by underground
springs (towel needed) Take in a breathtaking view of the Old City

items in their store. Tour the new state-of-the-art Memorial
Museum at Yad Vashem (age 12 and up only) Alternative for younger
children: At the Jerusalem Biblical Zoo, enjoy meeting the animals
that roamed this land during Bible times (accompanied by adult/s;
not included in tour price) Take in a truly enjoyable presentation
about the life and dream-come-true of Theodore Herzl at the Herzl

Early departure for ascent by cable car to Masada to tour this
amazing excavation and discuss the terrible dilemma faced by its
Jewish Zealot population. Walk through the beautiful Ein Gedi nature
reserve and hear the stories of kings David and Saul that took place
there (time permitting) Stop for a dip and mud baths at the amazing
Dead Sea. Return to Jerusalem for a free evening
